Order the fabric and the fittings from the same shipment.
Lianhua Fabrics supplies upholstery textiles and furniture hardware from Shaoxing's Keqiao textile district to furniture manufacturers across Latin America — inspected to one quality standard, consolidated into one container.
Why one supplier for both
A sofa needs a fabric and a mechanism. Most sourcing plans still split them in two.
One factory sources the cover fabric; another sources the frame hardware. Two lead times, two inspection standards, two shipments to reconcile before a single unit ships. Lianhua puts both categories under one quotation, one QC checklist and one export schedule. Your production planner ends up coordinating with a single supplier, not two.

Upholstery fabric, by the roll or by the container
Velvet, chenille, linen-look weaves, jacquard, technical leather and printed patterns — 48 SKUs across six collections, matched to composition, GSM and rub count on request.

The fittings the fabric gets built on
Soft-close hinges, ball-bearing drawer slides, sofa and recliner mechanisms, handles, dowel and minifix connectors and adjustable legs — specified to the load and finish your line already runs.
Fabric collections
Six weaves, one swatch box
Every collection ships as a physical sample before a single meter is ordered.
Hardware range
Fittings specified to the piece, not sold off a generic shelf
Each category comes in the finish, load rating and RTA or pre-assembled format your line already uses.
How an order moves
From swatch box to your production floor
Source & match mills
We shortlist fabric and hardware mills against your target composition, GSM, load rating and finish, and quote both categories together.
Sample & approve
Physical fabric swatches and hardware pieces ship within seven business days. Nothing goes to production before you've handled the actual material.
Produce & inspect
Once the sample is signed off, mills cut to the confirmed spec and every batch clears an in-line check before it's cleared for packing.
Consolidate & ship
Fabric and hardware are packed and documented as one export shipment, so your container doesn't wait on the slower of two suppliers.
Quality
What's checked before a shipment closes
- OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 mills only
Every fabric collection is sourced from mills holding current Standard 100 certification. - Shade and flaw check on every roll
Fabric is checked against the approved lab dip before it is cut or packed. - Load-tested hardware batches
Hinges, slides and mechanisms are pull-tested to their rated cycle count before a batch ships. - ISO 9001-aligned process
Lianhua's own sourcing and QC workflow follows ISO 9001 principles from quotation to export.
What buyers say
From furniture manufacturers we work with
Getting fabric and hinges on the same packing list sounds small until you've had a container held at customs because one supplier's paperwork didn't match the other's.
The swatch box arrived with the drawer slides we'd asked about, already matched to the load we needed. That saved us a second sourcing round entirely.
Shade consistency across a 2,000-meter velvet order used to be our biggest risk. It hasn't been an issue since we started ordering from one source.
