What's checked before a container closes
A written checklist, agreed before production starts, applied the same way to fabric rolls and hardware batches.
The four-step process

Source & specify
We shortlist mills against your target composition, GSM, load rating and finish, and write the specification into the quotation before anything is produced.

Sample & approve
A physical fabric swatch or hardware piece ships before a production quantity is confirmed. What you approve is what gets produced against.

Produce & inspect
Fabric rolls are checked for shade consistency and flaws before cutting; hardware batches are measured against the approved reference piece before packing.

Consolidate & ship
Fabric and hardware for the same project are packed and documented as one export shipment, with the inspection report attached before the container closes.
Standards
What backs the checklist
- OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
Fabric collections are sourced only from mills holding current Standard 100 certification, confirming the material is tested for harmful substances. - ISO 9001-aligned sourcing process
Lianhua's own quotation-to-export workflow follows ISO 9001 quality-management principles. - Martindale & cycle testing on request
Rub-count and hardware cycle-test reports are available for any SKU before an order is placed. - Written checklist, agreed first
What gets measured and what counts as a reject is agreed with the buyer before production starts — not decided afterward.
Before you order
Questions buyers ask first
What is the minimum order quantity?
How long does a sample kit take?
Do you inspect before shipping?
Can fabric and hardware ship in the same container?
What if a shipment doesn't match the approved sample?
Ready to see the standard for yourself?
Request a sample kit and the current specification sheet for the fabric or hardware you're evaluating.
