Common questions

Specifying hardware from a photo or a drawing

Can you match hardware to an existing frame drawing?
Yes — send the drawing or a sample piece and we quote against the same dimensions and load rating, so the replacement drops into your current bill of materials without a redesign.
Do you supply RTA and pre-assembled formats?
Both. Dowel and connector kits are packed per unit for flat-pack lines; hinges, slides and mechanisms ship in bulk cartons for in-house assembly.
What finishes are available?
Standard finishes are nickel-plated, brushed steel, matte black and zinc alloy. Custom plating and powder-coat colors are available on volume orders.
Can hardware ship with the matching fabric order?
Yes — that's the default. Fabric and hardware for the same project are consolidated into one export shipment and one set of documents.
